Sikaflex®-291i is a stable, flexible, one-component polyurethane sealant/adhesive for a variety of marine applications that cures to an elastomer when exposed to ambient moisture. It is a suitable material for producing flexible, durable, sound-absorbing and vibration-reducing seals as well as for bonding teak decks and various other seals indoors and outdoors. Sikaflex®-291i perfectly bonds most materials commonly used in the marine industry, such as: wood, metals, aluminum, paint coatings, ceramic materials, laminate, plastics. Do not use Sikaflex®-291i on plastics that are prone to stress cracking (such as plexiglass, polycarbonate, etc., in this case we recommend purchasing Sikaflex®-295 UV from us). Cured Sikaflex®-291i can be sanded. For better adhesion, we recommend priming the surface with Sika Primer before application, which is available in our other auctions in different quantities depending on the surface. Notes: All technical data is indicative, we recommend testing before final use. Brand new product from Polish distribution, packaging may vary slightly from the picture.
