Shipping, advance payment and delivery times
Transparency on payment and shipping saves follow-up questions. This is how we handle orders in the Harzer Trading shop.
Order process
- Add items to the cart and submit the order
- Receive order confirmation with payment details
- Picking and shipping after payment is received
- Shipping confirmation with tracking, where available
Advance payment
When paying by advance payment, the process shown in the shop applies. The timing of payment receipt is decisive for delivery time.
Delivery time and carriers
Items in stock are usually shipped within a few working days after payment is received. Depending on parcel size, we use DPD or UPS. For special procurement, we proactively inform you of the expected date.
