The young Frank'n Rotling QbA semi-dry rosé wine In order to preserve the youthful freshness and fruitiness, the grapes are processed quickly in the cool of the morning and the must is fermented cold. Eight weeks after the harvest, Müller-Thurgau and Rotling are carefully bottled and presented on the second Wednesday in November. These wines are always the first of their vintage in Franconia! Beautiful salmon red, delicate aroma of strawberries and raspberries and a dash of limoncello - that's pure summer enjoyment. Nicely chilled, this Rotling should not be missing at the next garden party. Wine from the “Best Cooperative in Germany 2019” Cooperatives, i.e. the association of various winemakers and grape producers, are larger and can therefore produce more cheaply. The fact that the highest quality is produced here is proven by the Franconian Winegrowers Association, which was voted “Best Cooperative in Germany 2019” by the experts at the Berlin Wine Trophy.
