Primitivo Puglia IGT dry, red wine This is how the wine tastes The Apulia region is located in the south of Italy and is particularly known for its robust and fruity red wines, including Primitivo. The wine is exclusively red wine and is made from the grape variety of the same name, which perfectly reflects the sun-drenched character of the region. In the glass, the Primitivo has a deep, violet red tone and has a whole wealth of aromas to offer. Aromas of plums, blackberries and dark cherries are clearly evident on the nose. On the palate, the Primitivo is characterized by full-bodied, powerful and lots of fruit. The fruit is also accompanied by an underlying spice reminiscent of black pepper and Mediterranean herbs.
