Technical data

Linkage repair kit consisting of – Pins – 14 pieces – Bushings – 21 pieces (vacuum hardened steel with internal lubrication grooves). The set fits CAT 302.7D mini excavators. The pins are a copy of the originals and are characterized by a very high quality of workmanship. Hardened steel bushings with internal lubrication channels. The pins are made from 40H steel, induction hardened (surface) to HRC 58-60 to a depth of 2mm and ground after hardening. The protective films are laser cut from S355 sheet metal. The sleeves are made of NC10 or 40HM steel (depending on the production batch) and are hardened by vacuum hardening.
