Miraval Côtes de Provence AOP dry, rosé wine The Miraval rosé from Provence is the joint work of Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and the large French winemaking family Perrin. Noble salmon pink, the cuvée combines the southern French rosé classics Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Rolle. The wine delights with intense aromas of freshly picked strawberries, raspberries and white flowers. On the palate it shows complex fruit notes accompanied by herbal and citrus aromas. A refreshing fruit acid and a touch of residual sweetness make the finale an experience and allow the Mediterranean fruitiness to linger for a long time. 60-year-old vines, mineral limestone soil and a perfect climate make this rosé a distinctive accompaniment to oysters or shellfish.
