A passive infrared sensor with a detection range of 180° reacts immediately to movements in the room and causes the light bulbs to light up; any further movement in the room then resets the lighting duration so that the ceiling light is on for exactly as long as we need it. This sensor can automatically detect day and night and has three potentiometers (Time, Sens and Lux) to adjust the operating parameters - sensitivity, lighting time and night/day mode.
